Google Google fi

google fi fi?

Just googled it, seems like another shitty phone service.
20$ for unlimited text and talk is ok but 10$ for each GB of data?  What the actual fuck.   use like 5-6GB of data and you're literally paying more than my current 200mb/s home internet plan which i can download terabytes a month for.    I have a fucking walmart straight talk plan, the most basic bitch thing ever, and can get 25gb 4g + unlimited talk/text for 50$ or so.

Phone services are basically a scam and this is no exception, not impressed.

I get they have this stupid "bill protection" gimmick where if you use 6gb+ apparently it caps the price and then its unlimited? which is the reverse of how most things do but like still.  That makes it 80$ a month for unlimited internet and talk/text.

Still a ripoff.  Worthless.

if you don't really use data (aka places you're at [home/work] always have wifi) then it's a pretty good deal

i've been using it for a couple of years now
