Anyone wanna play Zelda: link to the past for science?
#1
Need data for my personal project, I need someone to do a full play through of link to the past on the snes9x emulator version 1.55 and record a .smv file (the tas format that records your input on every frame) and then send that file to me

I made a modified version of the emulator that can take these files and create training data for a neural network that I’m going to use to detect cheating in speedruns

btw i dont need u guys to do this anymore.

gona use this thread to post updates tho, project is going well, just got some more time to work on it recently. i hit a snag cuz i had to do some reverse engineering on the machine code of the game to find what memory addresses to read and when. its funny cuz the actual machine learning part of this project has ended up being the easiest part

ok thanks for reading!
